"The apartment was clean and spacious but a bit rundown for its age. It looks like what you would expect from a place where there is not an owner who checks it out regularly. For example, the towel racks were pulled off the walls in the bathrooms. The living area and kitchen were large and nicely appointed. The hot water worked as instructed. The parking was a challenge getting through and back out of the second set of gates. We needed to wait for another building occupant to use their keys. "
