Beautiful home in Rozat with sauna

Villa Bliss in the village of Rozat will delight all guests looking for a luxurious holiday with its peaceful and tranquil surroundings. Rozat is only 4 km away from the city of Dubrovnik, which has been attracting guests from all over the world for years. Villa Bliss is surrounded by natural beauty and allows every visitor to feel like a king during their stay!



Built in 2020 in a contemporary style, the villa offers 380 m2 of living space and is only 100 metres from the nearest sea. It is easy to deduce from this that it has a view of the sea from several rooms. Villa Bliss can accommodate a maximum of eight people, ideally six. It consists of a basement, a ground floor and an upper floor. In the basement there is a garage and a fitness room with basic sports equipment that will delight lovers of active holidays. For those who want to relax, there is a Relax & Spa room with a sauna and a whirlpool. Lovers of top wines can sample them in the wine cellar and treat their palates to delicious drops of the various wines on offer.



The ground floor is designed for relaxation in a spacious living room with a couch, two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for eight people and a modern equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle. The villa also has two separate toilets and you can use a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron as additional facilities. A cot and a baby bed as well as two extra beds measuring 90x200 are available.



On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with their own bathroom with shower. From both rooms you can enjoy the view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and you can drink your morning coffee with your loved ones on the outdoor seating area. The outdoor terrace offers you the opportunity to refresh yourself during the day or at night in the heated pool of 39 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m, which is also equipped with massage jets. Next to the pool there are eight sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor seating area with a parasol above it. You can also use an outdoor charcoal or wood-fired barbecue to prepare traditional dishes such as fish or meat.



Villa Bliss is fully fenced and has four private parking spaces as well as a charging station for electric cars. Nearby attractions and leisure activities include botanical gardens, wine tours, water sports, cycling, beach, sailing and horse riding.



What you will particularly enjoy is that Villa Bliss offers the highest level of service: Daily cleaning is included in the villa rental price for all bookings, transport to and from Dubrovnik airport, welcome gift, personal concierge, daily fresh continental breakfast: cereals, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, freshly baked bread, croissants.... There is also an e-bike and a car (Peugeot 2008, for bookings of 7 nights or longer) - at your disposal. Villa Bliss is also equipped with a Sonos system! By prior arrangement, you will be offered a massage and each guest will receive a welcome gift!



In the village of Rozat, right on the shore, you will find the Rastic summer house, which belonged to the family of the famous Dubrovnik prince Don Restic, who lived during the Dubrovnik Republic. Just 4 km further on you reach Dubrovnik, a city that has become a major tourist centre on the world map in recent years. There are few people who have never heard of it, and many famous actors and singers have visited it. What is interesting about this city is that it was one of the first to abolish slavery, that its walls were built for 500 years to protect it from attacks and that the oldest European pharmacy is located in this city. Visit Dubrovnik and its surroundings and take home fond memories of a perfect holiday!
