Excellent place to stay just a few minutes walk to the old town. Just be aware, there are quite a few steps to negotiate to get down to the old town and back. Communication with our host was very good. We arrived late in the evening and walked straight into our apartment after a simple WhatsApp message whilst we were on our way from the airport. Our host was extremely accommodating and an excellent complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival. If you can manage the steps then I would definitely recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Dubrovnik! The location is perfect, 5-10 minute walk to most of the main sights. The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The host Marko is extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable!

Great view of the Old Town. Marco was very helpful throughout our trip and the apartment had lots is special touches. We also did a tour through him from Trogir into Dubrovnik. Everything was top notch!

This property is perfect in every way. Apartment is very spacious and tastefully designed, and has a lovely view of the Old Town, which you can walk to easily. We had the two-bedroom apartment, which also had a room in the attic with a double bed that can be considered as the third bedroom. The place is fully equipped with a nice kitchen area, cooker, oven, dishwasher, utensils, washing machine, etc. They even provide you with bread, butter, jam, teas, coffee and condiments. Marko, our host, was very coomunicative and arranged our airport trasfers efficiently. Will definitely stay here again in the future and will also recommend it to our family and friends.

The perfect hosts, very friendly with great communication and thorough attention to detail with very considerate supplies of unbrellas (only needed once), toiletry essentials, food and wine on arrival. We recently made a trip across Croatia, starting in Dubrovnik, and this place really set the bar high. The apartment was clean, super spacious, beautifully decorated and the owner was incredibly helpful and available when needed. The front door was set back from the nearby street which helped massively with keeping the noise down, and the area felt safe and friendly. It is about a 5 minute walk down to the old town (although this is via a lot of stairs) or 10 minute walk down the road which is easier but longer. It is also about 10 minute walk to the cable car station to go up the hill. In terms of food, you have all the restaurants the nearby old town provides, as well as several smaller markets nearby for little bits. The property came with a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom that were all amazingly sized and had great views from the windows out to the sea. If we returned to Dubrovnik, we would look to stay here again

Apartment is just outside of the city walls which is perfect!! So quiet and not too many stairs (compared to other places our friends stayed). Staying in the city walls can be loud and difficult to carry your luggage through the crowds and tons of stairs. Apartment Cava has a couple stairs down from the main road, but Marko helped us with our bags. The apartment has an amazing view of the fortress and city walls. It’s only a 5 min walk from the city walls and all of the greatest shops and restaurants. It was super clean and spacious. Marko was super responsive with anything we needed and helped us with transportation to and from the airport and even suggested tours for us. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Dubrovnik!!

Throughout our travels through Croatia, this was our favorite place that we stayed! The views from the apartment were incredible, and the apartment was very clean and felt spacious compared to other places that we stayed on the trip. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great. The apartment is very close in proximity to the Old Town, but just know that there are a lot of stairs to get there (~150 - we counted one time). There are stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik though, and we didn't mind the exercise. Marko was an incredible host - he communicated with us about our arrival ahead of time and helped us with bags and drove us to the airport (for an additional fee) when it was time to leave. There was a heavy rainstorm during one of the days that we were there, and Marko supplied us with extra umbrella which we were very grateful for!! I would absolutely stay at this apartment when visiting Dubrovnik!

The apartment was perfect for our first few days of our trip to Croatia. We did not have a car and the location was walkable to Old Town Dubrovnik. An absolutely splendid stay!

Marko’s house is simply amazing, with a breathtaking view of the old town. The location is perfect — close to markets and everything you might need. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The decor is tasteful and elegant, and the overall structure is very comfortable. Marko was an outstanding host — very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!
