Maja is a wonderful hostess. Her property is clean and, it has gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea and the old town. Beach St. Jacob is close, clean and simply amazing. Going to the old town was a pleasant walk of about 20 min. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful, spacious apartment with an excellent view of both the sea and the Old Town. Kate greeted me immediately on arrival with a drink and helpful advice about how to spend my time in Dubrovnik. It felt like a true home away from home for the few days I stayed there, and I’d love to return soon!

The Apartment Kirigin was a great option. We had the two bedroom sleeper. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were towels for showers. You will need to bring toiletries. There is a small grocery about a 10 minute walk away. We bought breakfast and lunch items. The apartment has air conditioning. Very nice area. Kate was fantastic. She was in contact with us from the beginning and was very helpful. We would happily stay again

The property is beautiful with an amazing view. 15 minutes walk to old town. The only negative thing was they required 20 euros for a parking space that was already available for the property. No where did it say in the property description we would have to pay. Plus that is very expensive.

Excellent accueil sur place avec une bonne bière fraîche ! La place de parking se réserve en avance auprès de la propriétaire, ce qui permet de poser la voiture sans se poser de question et tout faire à pied. L’appartement était spacieux, propre et la literie très bonne. Il y a entre 15 et 20 minutes à pied de la porte sud de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik.

A room with a view

The views of the bay are absolutely amazing and it is a good location for exploring the old city. It is a beautiful old house converted into apartments - very clean and comfortable. Maja was great - quick to respond to any enquiries we had.

Perfect break

We have just had a lovely 5 day stay in these lovely apartments. Friends were upstairs and we stayed in Toni. Maja was a great host and couldn’t have been any more helpful. The apartment is well equipped - and had a beautiful outlook in the perfect location. We had lovely meals each night in the old town - 10 mins walk. Posh breakfast at Excelsior hotel and basked in the sun at St Jacobs beach 5 mins in opposite direction to old town from the appts! A trip to Lokrum is a must - boat from the port at old town. We will defo be back to stay - thank you x

While the room was not "modern" it was very homey and clean. Branko and his wife have a lovely accommodation here and lots of space to spread out. One recommendation i would give is to just charge the parking with the room so that is not an additional fee. the room is a little far from town but walkable- if walking is your thing.

Beautiful view from this apartment within walking distance to old town. We only stayed one night and arrived early. The host had a family member meet us. They were very accommodating. We arranged parking in advance which was a very good thing. The streets are really small. the walk into town was nice, beautiful views along the way. Taxi back for us oldsters, the kids walked. apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. Terrace was beautiful. Host was lovely.

Lugn lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt

Fantastiskt läge. Allra bäst är den fina terrassen med utsikt över havet och gamla Dubrovnik. Lägenheten ligger på en lugn gata på den lugnare sidan av Dubrovnik. En liten fin strand 5-10 minuters promenad fr lägenheten. Det tar ca 20 min att promenera ner till staden, hela tiden ser man ut över havet. Värdinnan Maja var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam och ordnade allt vi kunde önska oss. -Men, har man svårt att gå och röra sig är detta inte rätt ställe.

Wonderful vacation spot

About 1.5 km Walking distance from old city, it actually serves us well, not only to burn out the great intake of seafood every meal, but also to see the neighborhoods and to take pictures of the old city along the way, and in addition, to access the tip of the other side where the soon-to-be rebuilt war-torn Hotel Belvidere (?) sits. This location also has access to beaches east of the old city without tourists, especially at the Belvidere hotel site. The hostess Maja is very helpful, we learned her side of the historical events of the city.

Room with a view

Views out the bedroom window of the clear blue sea and Lokrum island makes this a great apartment to stay in. It's about 20 minutes to the old town which is a nice walk (less than £10 in a taxi) or you have a lovely beach 5 minutes away with a great wee restaurant with more great views across to the old town.
