New apartment in good location. Close to beach, dining, and bus stop. Grocery store is close by as well. Communication with host was very good and she was very helpful. Not giving 5/5 rating due to lots of construction directly across the street as well as behind the building. Construction site was busy and loud. Also the apartment needs a coffee maker ( maybe that’s just for us Canadians 😉).

We stayed in the apartment with our 2 kids. Perfect location in Dubrovnik. Beach and restaurants are just around the corner. Dubrovnik can be visited by Bus were the station is also just around the corner.

Excellent property. modern and well maintained. great location with lots of walkable options. love the attention of landlord “Ines” gave lots of info and tips prior to arrival and came to greet and meet us. parking and elevator were luxury treat when you arrive with family and luggage.

Great location! Tons of nearby walking attractions, restaurants, beach. Far enough away from the mainstream old Town Dubrovnik but close enough to easily get to. I wouldhigly recommend the Trinity restaurant below, make reservations immediately. Beware eating oysters from other restaurants unless their reputation earned the risk. Great host! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and ability to recommend your guided. Apartment was clean, safe, great ac, super cozy beds. We would Highly recommend this place.

Veldig bra service! Vi fant plutselig ut at vi ville bli lenger, da kastet de seg rundt og vasket og ordnet slik at det skulle gå helt knirkefritt, da vi måtte bytte rom. Kort avstand til flott strand og mange fine spisesteder og buss inn til gamlebyen lå 200m oppi gata. Fin leilighet med god standar. Vi kommer tilbake!!

This is an excellent property located in a great neighborhood very close to Old Town Dubrovnik. Lots of good restaurants and a beautiful beach within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Our host was especially caring and always made sure we had the best experience during our stay. Highly recommend for everybody.

Modernt boende med garage

Väldigt rent och modernt. Nära till stranden och till många restauranger, dock 40 min gångväg till Old Town. Ines var snabb på att svara och väldigt hjälpsam när vi hade frågor. Parkeringsgarage finns och är gratis, wifi funkar superbra.
