We had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location right next to restaurants and in the old town. You can walk to all the main attractions but it was surprisingly still quiet at night. We were also able to check in early which was really helpful. Would recommend.

It was hard to find and there was no place to park, so we could not even unload our bags. We ended up staying at a different property. It was very frustrating!

Property is perfectly located, but with that said it is noisy if you prefer to sleep with the windows open. Our unit was on the 2nd flr (U.S. 3rd flr) and hence taking luggage up and down weas challenging with no elevator. The unit is nicely designed and was clean.

Great place
Great location! Restaurants all around and easy access to town. Be aware of lots of stairs to access apartment. Everything was clean and spot on. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Comunication with host was excellent! Fully recommended!!

Elegant, contemporary studio apartment, lovely and light with high ceilings and located right in middle of Old City on tiny lanes with great selection of restaurants and bars. Shutters and windows keep out any noise effectively. Good aircon. There are a lot of steps in this area and two stair cases up to apartment which wasn't a problem for us but might be an issue for others. Small kitchenette with large fridge great for preparing breakfast or lunch and chilled wine/beer. Our only negatives were: the fridge door didn't shut easily, it has dropped and needs fixing. The safe wasn't working (we were advised when we arrived) so there was nowhere to keep valuables. The top sheet on the bed was the duvet cover, a sheet would be more comfortable.

This property is right in the heart of the Old Town making it very easy to get around. There are many dining options right on the street. The apartment is nicely renovated with all the amenities one could need. It’s spacious and the bed is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great apartment
Really good location in the old town and not noisy when the windows were closed at night. Well stocked kitchen equipment for a studio apartment. The bed was also extremely comfortable

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Apartments Urbis. L’appartement est rénové et confortable et est en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Un peu bruyant en soirée en raison des restaurants situés sur la rue, mais c’est à prévoir dans la vieille ville. Notre hôte était très attentive à nos besoins et nous a même permis d’accéder au logement plus tôt que prévu à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié puisque nous arrivions très tôt le matin.

Gute Lage (für Dubrovnik mit sehr wenigen Stufen erreichbar) mitten in einer hübschen Nebengasse mit vielen Restaurants. Während der Hochsaison/am Wochenende ist durch die zentrale Lage mit lauter Musik von benachbarten Bars zu rechnen (ich empfehle Ohrenstöpsel). Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und für ein Paar gross genug um auch mal ein paar Stunden da zu verbringen.

Great location
A great location for spending a few days in Dubrovnik. In the old city centre, within the walls, you were literally living in the world heritage site, and everything was nearby - cafés, restaurants, some shops, the harbour, guided tours, kayaking, going to the islands, beaches within walking distance. Although beware - no cars are allowed within the city walls, and you need to carry your luggage up & down stairs to get to the apartment.

Appartement agréable, très bien situé dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, très propre. La propriétaire a été disponible pour toutes les questions que nous avons pu nous poser. Accueil agréable. Elle s’est également occupée de nous procurer un taxi pour l’aéroport. Je recommande cet endroit!

Demasiado calor
El apartamento en si está bien ubicado y es correcto. El problema vino principalmente con el aire acondicionado, que no enfriaba nada. Además el compresor estaba detras de una pared de pladur, que al encender el aire se calentaba y radiaba muchisimo calor. Pasamos mucho calor. La cocina es mas bien anecdotica, el microondas es para gente muy alta y los utensilios escasos.

일단 위치는 너무 좋았어요!! 올드타운 내에 위치해있어서 돌아다니다가 힘들면 집에와서 한시간정도 쉬고 나가기에도 너무 좋고 늦게까지 영업하는 가게들이 근처에 있어서 무섭지도 않았어요 다만 올드타운내에는 많이 계단들이 있어서 짐이 많을때는 많이 힘들수 있을거같아요 그리고 단한가지만 빼면 만족해요 샴푸랑 바디클렌져가 없어서 필요하다고 문자를했는데 곧가져다준다고 했는데 결국 다음날 가져다 주더라구요;; 소통이 매끄럽지 않았던거 빼고는 3일동안 편히 잘 지내다가 왔어요^^

위치가 너무 좋습니다. 성벽 내부 가게들이 늦게까지 장사해서 늦은시간에도 별 문제 없었네요. 숙소는 그냥 평범했어요 뭔가 해먹기엔 좀 부족한 감이 있었네요 그리고 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많으시면 고생 좀 하실 수 있어요ㅠ

Place for Kings in King's Landing
Perfect location inside the fortress "King's Landing". Place was very clean, modern and well taken care of. Hostess was really helpful. One of the greatest apartment experiences so far.
