Great spot for a short break. Close to all the shops and restaurants. The only problem is the parking, make sure you reserve your spot with the host. The parking is not free.

Friendly and caring. Our TV was not working and the host got it fixed right away. Check out was at 10:30 but our flight home wasn't until 7:30pm. She let us stay in the room until 1pm and then held our luggage when we went for lunch. Super nice of her. They didn't charge extra for the extra time we stayed. Always asked if there was some thing she could do for us. Cleaning crew were loud in the mirning. Great water pressure. Cute balcony. We were happy with iur stay. Bakery, Tommy's and La Luna pizza nearby.

Having already experienced 5 x 4 star properties in Croatia we were disappointed. Not an apartment but large room with comfortable seating. No balcony or terrace & no outlook from room. Bathroom had no toilet roll holder, no soap dish in shower & no useful towel rail. Toiletries consisted of hand wash & shampoo which may have been left behind by previous guest. Only 1 bedside table & light & lacked convenient place to charge devices but, bizarrely, wardrobe space to accommodate a small army! Property clean & owner sorted one plumbing problem quickly & made effort to sort the other plumbing problem but a part was required. Bus to old town close but every 40 minutes & not ideal inward journey as still a considerable walk to access old town but outward very convenient to access at Pile Gate.

This apartment was truly lovely. Spacious, clean and working air con. Only minor issues was the bed was quite hard and the shelves next to the bed were not very secure (although this was not a deal breaker issue at all!) The host was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage on our last day. We did depend on busses/taxis to get to the old town, and not as many restaurants nearby, so consider this if you want easy walking. Lots of supermarket options nearby. Would thoroughly recommend if you want a lovely place to stay near the port, or are happy to get the bus to the old town.

Positives: Excellent space and layout of the property, lovely terrace, comfy bed. Negatives: No direct comms with the host, which was a shame as I was advised we would hear from them via WhatsApp which did not happen. The person who let us in didn’t speak any English (appreciate as a Brit this is my problem) but it meant things like learning about local transport links wasn’t possible. The shower head was broken meaning it sprayed absolutely everywhere including in your face, this is cheap to replace and shouldn’t be left in this way really. Only given one towel each and one shared bath towel for two guests. Had to ask for more towels. The shower door/shower tray leaked meaning the bathroom floor got soaking wet. These are easy fixes to get right and yet did have an impact on our stay. There was sadly a very unkept parrot in a dirty cage, which badly needed cleaned, void of enrichment, toys, nutritious foods or comforts. Most of the time the parrot was laying on the base bars of his cage which was heartbreaking to see every day of our trip. I care about animal welfare and this was just unacceptable. It will be like a living hell for him. Why keep a beautiful bird if you will neglect him like this.

Central location. Nice property with extra 15 euro daily parking. Beautifully renovated but quirky.......no towel rail, no soapdish in shower, no toilt roll holder, no pillowslips. Staircase and landing has no light switch on our floof, and no natural light, dangerous when leaving apartment at night.

Spacious but no way to get 4 stars. No body soup, bed sheet and blanket is very old. Very little communication when checkin time. Because of my late flight, I asked to keep my luggage and they said ok. When I came back to pick up I foind that no body at the property and luggage storage room wa UNLOCKED.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, stores, bus stop etc. The rooms are spacious and clean. There was a well equipped kitchen. All required services were available. The view from Balcony was also nice. As a family we enjoyed staying here for around 5 days. The hosts are very welcoming and informative. I would recommend City Apartments Lani. The wifi connection could be improved.

Great location . A must stay place in Dubrovnik

Great experience. Apartment more than expected. Very easy to get to toe by local transportation. Host is amazing. Very helpful. Helps us coordinate pick up from bus station and coordinate transport to airport. She is amazing and helpful. Two great bakeries and pizza place ariund the corner.
