It’s a great property if you want to stay away from the tourist areas, but still a cheap and quick Uber or taxi ride from the old city.

Fantastic apartment which was clean and spacious. Staff also very helpful. However, on several nights we could not sleep until around 12.45am due to noise from the bar downstairs and gatherings of local kids shouting

Dubrovnik hideaway
Amazing stay! If you are visiting Dubrovnik for more than 2 nights, seriously consider this location. Reception Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.

Our stay here was fine. The apartment is nice and beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been more supportive or they could have given more. The air conditioning was very dry and we all got congested as soon as we walked into the place, this didn’t happen anywhere else we stayed, and then we would be fine once we left the apartment. We would suggest looking into a humidifier and/or changing the furnace filters. The area is very close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. Far from old Dubrovnik but no big deal taking an Uber.

Rented a 3 bedroom apartment here last week was very impressed with how modern and spacious , it was spotless with great amenities the staff where excellent , location was great 10 minute drive to old town small beach and bars and restaurants on your doorstep plus big supermarket and bakery on site it was a 10/10 for me and my family

The day before our fully paid for stay we were told there was an issue with our apartment. They moved us to a different hotel in the area. It was in no way comparable to what we had booked either in quality or amenity. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Good Value in Dubrovnik
Great location and value with these spacious units! Room was spacious and clean. Ours had a huge balcony deck which was wonderful. Beautiful beach is right across the street. Very friendly and helpful ladies during check in and out. Take bus #4 to Old Town…crowded, touristy, and more expensive but a must to see. The Korean restaurant near the entrance is awesome BTW!

Amazing value and awesome location.
Before even arriving at the hotel they were exceptional helpful, responding really quickly. The apartment was huge, clean, quiet and located minutes from the beach. The building had restaurants and a supermarket.

A bit hard to figure out where to go when you arrive-reception is around the back of the building between two cafes. But the staff was very welcoming, the apt was spacious and exceptionally clean. The only complaint is that the lounge chairs on the balcony were tired and dirty. Our friends locked themselves out of their room and when no one answered the after hours phone number multiple times and the security guard was no help we were forced to make room for another family of four in our apt suite. The impromptu slumber party will be a memorable part of our trip but was definitely avoidable if the hotel had proper policies in place. Like offering a family of four two keys and maybe not having a locking door to the hallway before the actual door to the room. Beautiful convenient location across from Sunset Beach which has chairs for rent and a huge floating blow-up climbing structure in the water to entertain kids of all ages who can swim in their own. Also convenient walk to several small restaurants as well as a supermarket. We would definitely recommend it.

Located 5 min by Uber from Old Town this is a nice apartment building right across the street from a string of beaches and bars/restaurants. The apartment is clean, safe and has amenities such as a cafe and grocery store.

Location, apartment, and staff is 10/10 The lady at check in (sorry can't remember name) was so friendly and helpful. Check in was available early, she informed us of local spots to stock up or get dinner and very informative information for the Old Town Very close to Lapad beach which is has a good selection of bars and restaurants. Perfect spot to enjoy the sunset Apartment was very clean and modern. Highly recommend

Excellent choice in a spatial, clean and modern apartment. Location is very good for walking out of, with a supermarket and a few eating places. Lovely sunset from our 'partial' sea view on a larger balcony. Really easy check-in and lovely staff. I hope to stay for longer next time!

Great property located near beach in a beautiful city of Dubrovnik. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The Sunset beach close to property is very well maintained, clean with many options for drinks and food. It's a pebble beach so you will need water shoes. The apartment we were given was very spacious and convenient for a few days stay. We wish it would have been cleaner as we found a bad smell coming from the refrigerator and ants walking on the kitchen countertop. It does not necessary needs updating, it just needs a more detailed cleaning service between rentals. We would come back.

Please let the hotel know that I’m very pleased with how I was accommodated. All staff are the great. AMELA was approachable and was very friendly. She did a great welcome and hosting overall. ANA is an excellent assistant manager because she resolved issues professionally and her service was outstanding. Overall, I’d like to come back again given a chance. I hope I’m still welcome. I stayed for just over a week, and for the most part this was a good accommodation. Sparkling clean upon arrival/cleaned well daily during my stay, spacious rooms, good location right off the beach, friendly staff, kitchen had all the basics for cooking, and the property is surrounded by restaurants. Bus stop was just across the street, and underground parking was provided, making for convenient sight seeing. The only downsides are that the hookah bar/caffe in the courtyard cause the building to be very smoky all the time (you can't open your windows or your whole room and clothes will stink! Hallways in the building/elevator smelled like smoke every day, as well). If your room faces the courtyard, you can expect to hear very very loud bass/music until about 1AM every night which was problematic and caused me to have to change rooms mid-stay (bring earplugs or ask for a room that faces the outside of the building and you'll be all set!). Also, there IS a washing machine but there IS NOT a dryer, so be sure to do your laundry well before departure to allow time to air-dry your clothing! I'd stay again, but only if a room that does not face the courtyard was available. I would not recommend staying here if only court-yard-facing rooms are available.

The staff is fantastic, she is basically a tour guide and a hotel lobby clerk. The room is modern and clean, we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom, the hotel is in a nice safe area and the bus comes from right outside our door to the old town. Very simple to use. The hotel is actually in a little mini city of shops restaurants, gym and grocery store. There’s even a movie theater! It could not have been more convenient!
