Host is super friendly and accommodating. The garden is beautiful, with cute kitties wandering around. Lots of amenities provided for pool and beach visit. Area is beautiful and peaceful with walkable close distant restaurants and cafe. Thank you for the stay.

The property grounds were beautiful and right across the street was the beach . There were many nice restaurants within walking distance . Also this location was a short 20 min drive to the airport.

The room was really clean and the spot is quiet. The owners are really friendly and help you a lot when you have questions. You can go in the old town by bus or you can take the ferry at the end of the road. It is really useful!

When we got to the hotel - the hotel manager recommended 3 seperate restaurant- all very close. The one we went to on the seashore was lovely. The hotel manager went well above and beyond what could be expected. In the morning when I was struggling to get an Uber the manager helped me to get a signal with my mobile.IThen when I left my prescription sunglasses behind they very kindly sent them to our second destination without wanting to be repaid! The hotel was clean and in a great location. I would recommend.

I had a great experience at Villa Nina. The check-in was easy and quick. The property was at a great location: not inside the Dubrovnik with its tourists and noise, but easily accessible with bus and boat. There property was beside a beach with great restaurants, bars and coffee on both sides. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host very friendly and helpful. My only small issue was that hot water would run out quickly but as I am used to taking cold showers it was not an issue for me. I am sure the host would take care of it if I asked. Bed was ok, beddings and towels very clean and well maintained. I didn’t use kitchen (too many good eats around) but it was well stocked, clean and convenient. There was a patio with great view of the water if you preferred to stay in and enjoy an afternoon drink or morning coffee. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful villa with lovely hosts. Beautiful gardens with lots of seating areas. Pool was a nice touch, and the beach is just down the stairs. Restaurants and café bars within 5 minutes walk or less. Apartment was great, lots of space and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!!

Short but sweet, we had only 1 night before we boarded our boat. Boško greeted us and gave us valuable information for dining, walks, taxis, etc. His wife made us a delicious breakfast. The view from our room was stunning. The gardens are colorful and well maintained. It felt like a family home, because it is! A lovely stay in a lovely little town. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Guest House Villa Nina was perfect! Stunning location with sea views, quite bars and restaurants with good food and friendly atmosphere. Near the airport and a short car ride to the old town. The apartment was lovely, very clean, spacious and had all amenities needed. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Cant fault anything at all. Would highly recommend.

Property is beautifully landscaped with lots of different levels with patio tables and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Location is wonderful as it is close to the promenade and the sea and some nice cafes and restaurants. Quiet at night. Communication was confusing as I sent in my arrival time more than once and had no response. Finally (the day of) was told I can't check in until 2 despite my messages saying my arrival was earlier. It didn't matter as I arrived after 2 anyway. No one was there when I arrived and I had to holler "hello" and wait around until someone showed up. It's a bit unnerving when you want to get to your room. This might just be the expedia communication services and not the property. The property contact number was not on WhatsApp though so that made things tricky. I had to lug my suitcase and bags up several flights of stairs so be prepared. The building is older, which is fine, but some decor/essentials could be updated a bit. Towels were threadbare and not very inviting to use. Room decor is just outdated and likely hasn't been changed since the building's opening. The shower in my room was quite small and I'd keep hitting the faucet and changing the temperature every time I turned around because there was no room to move. Also, no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower (unless you use the top of the toilet). The shower curtain is also pretty useless as water ran out of the shower.

It was a room. That’s about it. I had to drag my 50-pound bag up 45 steps. But the host was nice. Pool area was nice. Proximity to beachside walk was nice. Many restaurants and bars and ice cream shops were near. Parking spot was provided.
