This is an amazing hotel! I've never felt so personally tended to by a hotel's staff. This is a tiny boutique hotel and everyone is so dedicated to making sure you have a great experience. The location right by Pile Gate was the first draw, but the service, amazing made to order breakfast, and beautiful modern rooms with so much attention to detail in every feature is what makes this hotel truly above and beyond!

Wonderful modern, clean property. Just steps from the pile gate, this hotel is the perfect option to be close by without being in the old town (which isn’t accessible by car and has a lot of steps). The staff were so great, constantly trying to anticipate your needs. Room is cleaned twice a day. I stayed in a basic room- if you’re more than one person I suggest going to a room category as it is small.

A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants soon - looking forward to that. Will definitely return soon! Highly recommended!

The hotel strikes the perfect balance between boutique charm and luxury comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the beautifully designed rooms to the impeccable cleanliness and attention to guest service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel welcome. The location is ideal for exploring the City Walls of Dubrovnik, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. An easy 10 minute walk to the main Pile gates put you in the heart of the old town, and returning back felt like coming home. What truly sets Hotel Lucia apart is its hospitality. Miriam, Anna, and the entire team created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and personal. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so authentic and heartfelt. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. This property is one of the highlights of our trip so far.

Great staff. So nice, super helpful. Everyone. Luca, other front desk lady, and Jusip and Anna. Superb 12 rooms in entire hotel, allowing for personal care of guests by the staff. Also, great location very close to old town. And the breakfast was excellent. Made to order, and everything prepared fresh and very tasty.

The perfect hotel in terms of everything including location. I can't recommend this highly enough. The staff are the most helpful I've come across and the breakfasts are incredible. The rooms are very high end and spacious with great air con 2 huge tvs in bedroom And lounge and a huge modern bathroom

私たちはこのホテルのバルコニー付きのクラシックルームに1週間滞在しました。 こじんまりとした、とても居心地の良い素敵なホテルです。 ピレ門から徒歩5分という抜群の立地。連日30℃を超す暑さでしたが、ホテルに戻って休むことができたので助かりました。 ホテルは道路に面していますが、夜はとても静かです。周囲は緑も多く、早朝はバルコニーで鳥のさえずりを聴きながら瞑想、ホテル周囲の路地散歩も楽しかった！ そして特筆すべきは朝食です。ア・ラ・カルトでオーダーでき、朝食とは思えない豪華さ！少し時間はかかりますが、ゆっくり時間をとって楽しんでほしい。特にフレンチトーストが絶品でした。時間がない時は、ペストリーやハム、チーズ、果物がセットされた"スターター"だけでも充分です。 スタッフ皆さんの温かいおもてなしも最高でした。 正直、この旅行でドブロブニクは最初で最後と思っていましたが、このホテルがあるならまた戻ってきたいです。

Hotel impecable, personel adorable, petit dejeuner vraiment excelent situe a 5min a pied des remparts. Je recommande vivement. A noter, j’aime voyager sans me spoiler par des guide et ai donc decouvert sur place que dubronik est en zone restreinte a la circulation automobile. L’hotel a ete super et tres reactif pour nous aider, un grand merci.
