All in all happy with our stay. Good location, very clean and good facilities. Only problem was the creaky floorboards of the room above that meant we heard the tenants above loudly moving all through the night.

Location within old town is great - however can be a bit difficult to get to if you have luggage as there are stairs. The room was clean and spacious and looks exactly like the pictures, however we did notice small flies here and there over our 2 night stay. Overall would recommend as the location is very convenient.

Great location and great support by Marino, thanks so much to Marino. The building is old but renovated. There are many cracks in the ceiling, and the apartment shakes and trembles when someone walks on the same or an upper floor.

Top of a lot of steps but therefore near to cable car and the shuttle bus back to airport. Clean nice and quiet. Great comms with manager.

The apartment itself was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. However, upon checking in, I chatted with Hotels.com 2 times because there were to be special check in instructions that I never ended up receiving. Hotels.com chat agents assured me there would be someone at the apartment upon arrival and there wasn’t. After 30 hours of travel in a foreign country this was very frustrating. After finally having the host call me, we were anle to get in. I don’t know where the miscommunication happened but hopefully it is sorted out for future guests.

A Step Back in Time

Great location within the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is lovely…..but it is not for the one who may be weak, or physically challenged because there are steps to climb…lots of steps. We used the Buza gate most often (walked up the many steps to the apartment from the center of Old Town) but also walked around on the street and entered through Pile or Ploce Gates. Just two minutes away is the charming restaurant Lady PiPi - had dinner and breakfast there with great views of Old Town.

The apartment was as described with respect to the facilities. As others have already mentioned there was some noise from above due to the construction of the floors/ceiling. The main problem however was that we had no hot water for the duration of our 3 night stay. We did have regular contact with the owner after reporting the problem however it was never resolved and this did spoil the experience of our trip.

Excellent séjour malgré un bémol

Séjour très agréable, l’appartement était parfait et très propre. Très bien situé dans le haut de la vieille ville mais plus de 100 marches un peu raides à monter (nous aurions aimé être avertis de ce point qui peut poser problème si vous avez des grandes valises par exemple). Nous avons compris, mais un peu tard, que les marches peuvent en grande partie être évitées en passant derrière les remparts. Hôte très agréable, réactif et arrangeant.
