OK The sign says restaurant. There is no reception to the apartments. It will be great when road is completed. Amenities are OK.

Ok place, needs some (a lot of) love
We stayed here for a few nights, the place is easy to find just across the ferry docks (20min walk). This place has everything to be a cool, and well located site. Personally, the apartment felt way too basic, and poorly maintained. The furniture looks from the 70s, and the dishes and cutlery were basic and unmatched. I would probably not stay here again unless the units receive and updated makeover

Great Stay
Had a great stay at Orka Apartments. Apartment was basic but had everythimg we needed. Pool was absolutely lovely and hardly anyone about so like having your own pool. Area was nice and easy walk to bars and restaurants and beach and 10 minute bus ride into Old Town Dubrovnik from bus stop at top of the road we were staying. Very nice welcome by friendly host but then left to our own devices which we loved. Absolutely lovely city and we had a fantastic holiday. Also went on a diving day trip and the boat we caught was in the marina by the apartment so really handy aswell.

A lovely facility. However, The bed was so tight fitted, it had about a foot between the bed and walls making it difficult to get in and out of bed. The pool area was beautiful, but unheated making it way to cold to use. A heater would make the facility more attractive. The host was very friendly and there was a very nice restaurant onsite with options a short walk away. Unfortunately there was big construction going on and noise started early. There is improvements that will take a year I’d guess. The apartment sits right on a marina street and people walk by talking till late. Bus service was a 10 min walk.

Great spot to enjoy Dubrovnik
Just got back from a weeks stay and the place and the people were great. Little bit of work going on around but told that should finish soon. Close for Old City - we walked but bus stop is close. Lapad and bars etc abiut 5 mins walk. Dubrovnik was quiet generally but that will change i am sure. Apartment was number 3 over looking the harbour. Pool area clean and tidy - didnt risk thwe water as bit too cold at moment! A light bulb went during our stay but was quickly fixed. No complaints about our stay.

Loved Orka
Our stay was great. Host was very accommodating. Greeted us on arrival, showed us around and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant attached is also wonderful. Pool and other amenities great.

A lovely place to stay
This is a lovely place. We stayed in the main house so not modern but we had everything you could want of a studio apartment. The terraced garden views and the pool area are amazing. Pool area is brand new and a great place to cool off and relax after visiting the sights. It’s a bus ride or half-hour walk to Dubrovnik old town, but beaches, quayside and restaurants all close at hand. The owners also run a high-end restaurant on site if you don't want to walk far. Would come back in a heart beat. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Top apartment in an Ideal location.
Ideal apartment located in lapad. Be aware it can be noisy from the road traffic as the windows are only single glazed. The pool area at the top for use for the guests is beautiful.

Lovely apartment with stunning views.
I stayed for 4 days at this lovely apartment with stunning views over Gruz Harbour.It had all the expected amenities including a fridge, 2 ring hob and a separate lounge/dining room with tv. The grounds have a very nice pool and Jacuzzi that have recently been installed, this has ample sunbeds, parasols and towels so no problem with finding a space. The owner Anamarija was most charming and welcoming and always around if any help or advice needed. I shall certainly be staying again on my next visit to Dubrovnik!

Great location! Host, Anamarija, was very helpful. Showed us to our great room with very comfortable bedding, great AC, and a great bathroom and shower. The view of the marina is great! She recommended great restaurants and local attractions and the best ways to experience them. The complex has a beautiful pool and a coffee shop and restaurant right downstairs. The bus stops right in front for the old town and walking distance to Lapad and all the bars, restaurants, and attractions there. Looking forward to our next stay here!!

I can highly recommend staying at Orka Apartments. We stayed in a ground floor studio. It was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. Annemarie and her mother-in-law Helene are very helpful and on hand to deal with any queries. There is a new pool which is fantastic. The apartments are in a great location for a ten minute bus ride into the old town. There are restaurants and a beach about a ten minute walk from the apartments. We were very impressed.

We were made really welcome by the hosts. They had some useful tips for exploring the area and were available should you need help. The apartment was very clean and a great new swimming pool opened whilst we were there.The apartment is peaceful yet close to good restaurants and well placed for buses to the old town or ferries to the islands.Nice walks around the peninsulas too.

The apartments are in a super location on the marina front. Its 15 mins walk to the main beach and 40 mins walk or a 10min bus ride in to the Old City. The standard of the apartment and its amenities is very good. Anne- Marija and her family are very welcoming and helpful. Their restaurant is also worth a visit...the food and service are excellent. We had a great week and would definitely recommend Orka apps.

The host was really friendly, and took time to explain local amenities and attractions. The apartment was spotless, with gorgeous views over the marina. Only one slight imorovement needed, a sign indicating the entrance /check in would have been helpful as it wasn't obvious .

Overall good stay. Good location (I always stay in this area every time in Dubrovnik). Room was smaller than expected but clean and functional. A microwave would have been helpful. Shower rather small but good hot water and water pressure. Expect lots of stairs to get to the room. My 1st choice was an apartment I stayed last year a few houses down but wasn't available. I'd stay here again if my first choice wasn't available again.

On day 1 I was shown around the apartment by Helen, who was very helpful and explained about all the local amenities, tourist attractions, local transport. The day before I was to leave I had trouble phoning the company I had booked to take me to the airport. Again the owners came to the rescue and contacted the company and confirmed pick up arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for them in helping.

cosy apartment at a great location
We had a 3 bedroom apartment split into 2 rooms with a bath room and a kitchen counter. The friendly host gave us a warm introduction and provided useful information about the area. The place was pretty quite with a stunning view on the marina and the big cruise ships parked there. Everything was very clean and tidy. The adjacent Orka restaurant and the restaurant Peppers were great options for breakfast and dinner. The old town was easy to reach by bus or also by foot (ca. 35 min walk). The beach and the promenade (with plenty more food options) as well as a couple of supermarkets were easy to reach by foot (5-10 min). We really enjoyed our stay and would def. recommend this place for couples and families.

Good location
Excellent stay at the Orka apartments. Basic and not luxurious but everything needed within an exceptionally clean apartment. The owners are such lovely people and do everthing possible to make your stay as comfortable and good as possible. The apartments are well situated with several excellent restaurants and bars close by. Perect position with lovely views of the harbour and within walking distance of the old town if a 20 to 30 minute walk is acceptable to you. All in all a great experience which I would definitely recommend.

It was by the bay so that was really pretty however I was awoken with banging in the morning which was maddening. The towels were rough on the skin and there was a weird smell in the apartment but it was clean so I`m likely to stay there again

Check in was very easy and we got help up the stairs with our bags (thanks a great help). Very good location bus 6 from the old town (stop before or after the Orka Restaurant). We recommend and would stay again.

Very small apartment only suitable for 2 adults and a child.Very clean but sofa needs updating. The disappointing thing was it was advertised as ground floor with terrace,but the terrace was up three flights of stairs and belonged to the owner. There was a garden but with no shade or umbrellas. Good location near bus stop, bars and restaurants.

We got a transfer from the airport to the apartments where we were met by the owners who were friendly and gave us a tour of our apartment and some local info buses etc The apartment was clean and well equipped for what we needed. The apartments are in a good location near bus stop (local bus to old town every10mins),short walk to beach and shops and restaurants which includes one on site. We enjoyed our stay at Orka apartments and would happily stay again.

Warm welcome with helpful advice. The apartment was very thoughtfully supplied, all the essentials provided including extra toilet paper ,soap ,washing up liquid and bin bags. Spotlessly clean.Quiet at night with good shutters to keep room dark. I enjoyed the tasteful decor and that the trouble had been taken to colour co-ordinate even the smallest items. The garden had really comfy loungers ,wicker chairs (also comfy) and a table and chairs with a great view out towards the boats. Very happy with our stay.
