Welcome to our newly refurbished, modern one-bedroom apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Lapad area! Situated in an amazing location, you’re just a 10-minute easy walk from everything you could need. Lapad promenade in nearby with its array of restaurants and cafes, beaches and essentials such as a pharmacy, bank, ATM, and post office.
This space is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, is ideal for a relaxing getaway or for remote work.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, along with a desk and chair for those working from home. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine for added convenience. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with everything you need, including a mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, stove, and all necessary cutlery and utensils.
The apartment also offers a cozy seating area, a dining space, and a flat-screen TV for your comfort, as well as free Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.


Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.
