The house was a great set up for our family and the kids really enjoyed the game room. The host was very responsive and helped us with a few questions very fast. We only complaint is that most vacation rentals I have been to our well stocked with kitchen supplies, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and there was only one knife we could find to cook.So we did have to run to the store to get some stuff, and put overall a great cozy cabin that was family, friendly, and fun!
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It has everything we needed for the weekend; kitchen was spacious. Plenty of room to relax and unwind. We were able to see the stars at night. Will stay here again.
Great location for a winter trip. Close to hiking and skiing. Cabin had plenty of room for our family of four and pet. Arrival and departure instructions were great!
The cabin was great for the whole family. Slept 9 of us comfortably. Loved the fire pit and the games that were available to us. Would definitely do it again.
The cabin was everything advertised. It is in a great location if you're looking for that woodsy cabin authentic feel. Has everything you need to enjoy a stay. Todd was absolutely amazing with communication and super accommodating with any questions and changes of dates. 5 stars! ssurdefinitely stay again

Li loved the cabit ,the location the view of the house was the best.
I was there for Thanksgiving, we had an amazing time with my family. I Definitely recommend this place. The heater on the 2nd room upstairs didn't work, it was cold but with extra blankets we were fine. Property manager was great. If you visit during winter definitely have 4x4 and chains ready
It was great... We stayed 3 nights.. Cooked 2 dinners, 2 breakfasts, BUT HAD TO EAT AT ANUT SUE's It's a tradition that has been going on for 6 out of the 10 years now. The host has MANY one site board games and we had one late night of pool and the other was ping pong. This was OUR first time staying in Duck Creek.. Most times we drive through and stay at Zion.. BUT WE WILL BE BACK HERE!! Morning with coffee and seeing the deer walk through with the SMELLS of pine tree... nothing better... WOW!!!. The Host/Owner has and incredible place!! Thank you!!!!!! PS... My daughter got engaged the first day we were there... Forever memories..
We loved this property and really enjoyed the location in meadowview heights. Comfortable accomodations with plenty of room for playing games and eating meals as a family. Easy parking and a nice fire pit. Wifi was strong once we worked out how to access it. Todd is a great host.
I could not download the pdf that was sent with the check in. So i had to talk with the host and get the information. We had fun, however whoever is cleaning this house needs to be fired. The ice maker had mold, the dryer didnt work sound like it would catch the house on fire, the towels were hard and felt and looked like they were used. There was food in the couch, it qas just nasty. Other then how durty and all my spiter friends it was nice.

The communication of host was great. Location was great and loved that they accepted our dog. It was cozy and our kids loved the pool table and lots of fun games. The fireplace was great too! Lots to love about this cabin! HOWEVER, the cleanliness and upkeep was not good. I am not a clean freak, so to have it bother us, says something. If you are going to have a rental, it needs to be cleaned professionally and have necessities that aren't gross and dirty and really old. One bed was obviously not changed with how wrinkled and stretched the sheets were and hair in the sheets. The dishwasher is so old that all the dishes don't get cleaned. Every dish and utensil needed to be washed before we could use them, but there wasn't any dish soap! We had to go buy some. The oven drawer is broken and hanging off. The dryer was so loud we couldn't use it. The washing machine was so dirty and gross. Window sills with dead bugs and all the decorations around the house are covered in an inch of dust. Some people are ok living like this, but for a rental, not acceptable. The lock on the front door did not work well and we were afraid to lock the door because we were afraid we wouldn't get back in. The hand towel hanger in the bathroom wouldn't stay on the wall. I appreciate they accept dogs (ours is non shedding) but need to vacuum couches. We were covered in hair! I wanted to give this place 5 stars because it really was a fun cabin, but upkeep and cleanliness needs to be addressed.

Thanksgiving Weekend Bust
We were super disappointed in this property. When we originally were looking for places to stay for the Thanksgiving weekend we were searching for a cabin with a a hot tub. This was listed as having one, but to our surprise when we got there, they didn’t have a hot tub. Then they listed a BBQ grill and we were excited to grill steaks for dinner but the grill was nowhere to be found. When we went to bed the first night we noticed the sheets had not been changed, and were super gross. Dog hair was all over the couches, we couldn’t even find a vacuum to try and clean them off. Then we found mice poop everywhere and even caught a mouse under the sink. The stove burner also doesn’t work and they have a jetted tub but you won’t have enough water to even keep it warm to turn on the jets. We honestly felt like the house hadn’t even been cleaned before we showed up. We wouldn’t recommend renting this cabin again unless some serious cleaning is done!!

Not what I expected
So, my daughter and I booked this VRBO for our annual hiking adventure (the hikes at Zion and Bryce were amazing, the VRBO not so much.
We arrived late evening got in OK only to find all the windows unlocked – the porch windows are large enough to walk through. Locked the windows and searched the house for safety reasons. Discovered only the deadbolt locked – not the doorknob.
Up the next morning getting drinks ready, kitchen faucet has barely a trickle of water at full open, no sweat use the bathroom – call owner – going to get right on it and they did, however sitting around and waiting for a plumber was not one of our adventure plans.
Took my tea and went outside to look for the (as advertised) Hot Tub. There is NO Hot Tub. There is a spa bathtub however the VRBO listing stated both. By the way, the main reason I booked this place over the others places I had considered is that I wanted a real Hot Tub.
The listing states that this house accommodates 10-12. Only catch is that there are only 5 forks and 6 table knives to the whole kitchen. Can’t just wash 1 or 2. (See the non-working faucet, above.) Kitchen floors need an hour of cleaning. Paper towel holder was broken. Outdoors grill was a piece of crap. Charcoal ashes were spread around the yard when there was an ash pile 25 feet away?
Followed check out instructions to the letter. Except putting the sheets into the washer was not possible as the washer already had a load of sheets in it.
