Chambre plus étroite, mais propre. Staff sympa. Notre douche coulait dans la salle de bain et le jet traversait le haut de la porte. Nous n’avons pas aimé le petit buffet déjeuner, manque de fraîcheur (pain/croissant). Cependant, une belle vue pour le petit déjeuner.

They had an ice maker and mini fridge which was very useful especially in the summer. The rooms however were very hot, and although they had thermostats it usually never got below 78 degrees F.

Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables and forgot us again.
Great variety of breakfast.
Room and amenities amazing… however we did have quite a large ants nest in the room.

"Wasnt sure what to expect from a hostel but this was great. Triple room with private bathroom was spotlessly clean. Location excellent - 15 mins walk from Firenze SMN train station and the Duomo area. Amenities were great - outdoor pool and bar area was excellent for socialising. Bar prices reasonable. ..."
