The living room opens onto your private sunny terrace. You can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy the extensive view over the sea. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site.
The spacious 72m² apartment occupies the ground floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 1965, whose upper floor is occupied by the owner. It was fully renovated in 2016 and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units (cool and warm) in all rooms. As the apartment benefits from its own separate entrance, privacy is ensured. The apartment provides a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and three very modern daylight bathrooms (two of which are ensuite). The living room has a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a wooden dining table with chairs. The white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an espresso pot and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). As a little extra, they both also have their own flatscreen TV. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two further people. The three bathrooms are each fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. The separate bathroom also has a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Your apartment is only about 20 metres from the blue sea just down the stairs and across the road and you are in beautiful Adriatic sea. It is about 500 metres to the nearest long sandy beach. Shops, cafés and restaurants are about 1000 metres away. It is about 100 metres to a bus stop with regular and direct connections to Split and Omis.
