The studio is located on the third floor of a well-maintained house and offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic from its balcony – perfect for enjoying the day with breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine at sunset.



The bright apartment has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, a small, well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, 2-plate hob, microwave and coffee machine as well as a cosy dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Sat-TV, WiFi and air conditioning provide additional comfort - the use of air conditioning is possible for a fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



Directly at the house, a free, sun-protected parking space is available to you. On the ground floor, an in-house beach bar invites you to linger. There, you can enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet in the morning upon request (for a fee) and choose from a selection of refreshments, cocktails, and small snacks during the day and in the evening.



The magnificent sandy beach is only about 10 metres away and is considered one of the most beautiful on the Croatian Adriatic coast. You can reach the centre of Omiš after approximately 1.4 kilometres. There, charming alleys, a picturesque harbour, and diverse leisure activities await you.



Those who enjoy being active will find numerous opportunities in the surrounding area: Whether rafting on the Cetina, windsurfing, kayaking or diving - boredom is not an option here. Cultural excursions, wine tastings and hikes in the nearby nature park are also recommended.
