TV broken, water stains on ceiling, heater thermostat didn't work. breakfast was just a couple muffins amd coffee machine broken.

Historic Cotton Mansion Duluth Boutique Hotel
We loved having a kitchen in our space. The pool table in our suite was used over and over again and the reason we booked this room! We would love to stay again!

Canal Park Lodge
The breakfast was not very good. Eggs were very watery, no creamer for coffee, it was out and they didn’t refill, orange juice was almost pure water. Hotel in general was great, I just feel they need to up their breakfast game!

The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza
Great location in canal park with super spacious suites. But air conditioner didn’t seem to work and you can’t open the windows so it was pretty stuffy.
