"Very comfortable stay!"

"When we got to the property, there were people smoking blunts and drinking out of paper bags in the hotel parking lot. The area was not safe at all. Lots of crackheads. When we got into our room, the bathrooms and tables weren’t even wiped off. Not clean. We decided to look past it and go to swim. The pool area was extremely dirty. Mold growing all over the walls, the hot tub was out of service for a year and the pool was barely heated so it was freezing. We didn’t end up staying the night because we had such a bad experience. "

"Very clean, spacious room. Updated rooms and building. Very nice lobby with comfortable seating. Great breakfast. Beautiful view from 3rd floor room."

"Place was amazing for my dog, Maddy and Me. Very Clean, Staff was extremely nice. Didn't get a chance to use the kitchen, but was very nice. Only challenge was parking."

"Staff didn’t really greet people. Never anyone at the desk when you arrive. Clean place for sure, and the rooms are large! Overall it was a good stay. No elevator, just two flights of stairs. . "

"This is great choice if you're looking for a convenient and affordable spot to stay in Duluth. It's clean and well maintained. The staff was great and it felt safe. While the location may not be "picturesque," that's not what I'm looking for in a motel. It is very close to all the places you are likely to want to visit, including the University of Minnesota-Duluth."
