"our stay was great- 1st time at this property- have been too and stayed in Duluth MANY times, this is a hotel I would return too on another trip! A plus- it had a Sauna- and a rooftop pool we were not aware of, so this was a nice bonus! Breakfast is one of the better ones we have had- breakfast room is a great size, not crowded by people, room to move - only downfall there was no 'meat' for breakfast (bacon/sausage) otherwise staff was friendly and nice, and I would definitely recommend and will...

"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was okay. Was hoping for a better view as the hotel didn’t seem busy. Was put in a room overlooking the parking ramp.

"We were locked out of the building for quite some time. We were given a staff code to finally get in which meant we had access to all rooms. Kinda scary if you think about it.Their is no staff on site so everything is done by phone. Then our reservation was wrong, and the bed was saggy. Woke up with a back ache. If you are looking for warm and friendly this is not for you. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The room looked exactly like the pictures. It was spacious and perfect for our family of six. The hotel does contract with a parking ramp, so make sure you get that info when you check in. "
"The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable!
The breakfast buffet had many options. The best scramble eggs, light fluffy, fresh and HOT! Really the best buffet we've ever had and thats why we always stay there when we visit the North Shore. "
"Hotel was great, they let us check in early and pick from a few rooms. Amazing breakfast and the view was unbeatable. Proximity to the harbor was great too. Traveling with small kid (2) is hard and this place made it easier."
