Nestled in lush greenery on the edge of the forest, this cottage is located on hiking trails and 100 m from the tumultuous La Cure river. Peace and silence guaranteed, magnificent panorama, fruit of an ecological renovation in the choice of materials (wood wool for insulation, Douglas fir from the Morvan untreated supplied by a local sawmill for woodwork), we provide you with the products hygiene (shampoo, shower gel), household and detergent from the ecological brand "BodyNature". Possibility to book vegetarian meals.
From the fifth traveler an additional 20 € per night will be applied.
Transport service possible: you go hiking, we come to pick you up by car at a meeting point (you increase your distance of discovery).
Washing machine, barbecue, deckchairs, hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and wifi.
For baby: a bed, a high chair, a bathtub, a changing mat and a stroller

Magical stay

I was hoping for a few days of quiet in nature, and that is exactly what I got. I remembered what stars look like, fell asleep to the sound of a river, and read to my heart's content, warmed by a real fire. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. The cottage isn't too far from wine chateaux (about an hour) and a couple of ancient dolmens, not to mention the beautiful Vézelay Abbey (about 40 minutes), if you want to venture out.

Rust ruimte en relaxen.

Prachtige en zeer rustige locatie met veel wandelmogelijkheden en mooie meren in de buurt.Zeer vriendelijke en attente gastvrouw. (o.a. warme broodjes, eitjes en koekjes van eigen bodem)De "gite" is authentiek Frans en is voorzien van alles.

Stilte, uitzicht en mooi huisje

Als je van rust en wandelen houdt, zit je hier fantastisch. In het huisje is alles aanwezig, (wij waren met z'n tweeen), wifi was ok, maar je komt voor de omgeving. Vanuit het huisje kan je al mooie wandeltochten maken. Het ontvangst was prima door de vriendelijke eigenaresse.

Belle semaine au milieu de la nature.

Idéal endroit pour se déconnecter du train train quotidien et profiter d'une qualité de vie plus proche de la nature au coeur du Morvan.Gîte bien aménagé, bien situé et bien en retrait de la voirie offrant un calme absolu. Jardin éco-responsable. Belles randonnées pédestres dans les villages tout proches et autour des lacs connus du Morvan. Propriétaire à l'écoute et sur place. A recommander sans hésitation aux personnes qui veulent se ressourcer.

Ruhe und Natur im Morvan

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und renoviertes Häuschen in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung. Diskrete und freundliche Vermieter mit Hühnern, Katzen, einem Schwein und einem kleinen lieben Hund. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Een prachtige plek, een supermooie gite en zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. De rivier de Chalaux bij het gehucht Chalaux is zeker een aanrader.

Leuke, authentieke gîte op erf van verhuurder. Prachtige tuin met fantastisch uitzicht. In de gîte was het wel koud, enige mogelijkheid om te verwarmen is houtkachel. Deze was klaar voor gebruik. Verhuurder spreekt geen Engels.

Mooie omgeving, leuk huis, vriendelijke gastvrouw

Een mooiere omgeving om rustig in de natuur te verblijven vind je niet gauw. Het huisje is goed en de gastvrouw is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spreken geen Engels, maar doen erg hun best. We hebben een heel fijne week gehad.

Heavenly place in the French countryside

Absolutely loved staying here! It is like everything turned quiet and we where back in nature, but with the luxury of a wonderful house. The bed was great, fire place was charming and the view amazing. Would definitely recommend going here and we would love to visit again soon.
