"Loved this property and the beach it sits on! Just beautiful and tons of shells. The cafe and restaurant were excellent, too, for a morning hazelnut latte and breakfast sandwich or acai bowl. Comfortable beds. The only possible negatives were long line for the one outdoor pool bathroom (which was not super clean either since so many people were using it) and we had asked housekeeping to come later in the day while we were enjoying the beach but they never did come, so we had to track down extra TP, towels, etc. The room also had a strong cleaning product / Lysol smell that didn’t really go away. Everything else was wonderful and we could have easily stayed another day! We love Sanibel!"

"Everything was great. The only was the Breakfast area was poor, in the room the curtain It couldn't be opened and closed and the pool it was dirty. "

"The hotel is lovely & the rooms are nice, but the pool is way too small . There wasn’t any seating available at 3 pm. We went to an on-site resistor dinner & it took almost 11/2 hours to get our main course. The food was ok, but not worth the wait."

"Nice Hotel to stay at. The continental breakfast is not included, rather $10’s per person. And if you wanted the full hot breakfast bar with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and grits it’s $18 per person. It still was very good and everything was very clean. It was a little tricky getting into the parking lot because it’s between two other buildings hidden behind trees from the Hwy. "

"Older but upgrades have been done. LVP floors, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast is small, cereal, yogurt, oranges, toaster waffles. Towels are worn and tiny and TP seems less than single ply. It was clean and room refreshed each day. "
