"The resort itself was amazing—beautiful property, excellent amenities, and very friendly, attentive staff. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were top-notch and truly made the stay enjoyable. That said, I would not recommend the garden view room. The garden view we initially had was very disappointing and did not match the quality of the resort. We upgraded to an ocean view/oceanfront room, and it completely changed the experience—it was absolutely worth the additional cost. I highly recommend booking ocean view or oceanfront for the best experience."

"I like the adult side being isolated from the family side. Usually resorts like this don't keep it separate. Eating choices are great. Romantic atmosphere all around. A nice beach area. Lazy river was nice too. Rooms were probably the best ever. Will stay again. Only about a 30 minute ride from airport."

"Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!"

"The staff was over the top with the care they gave me and to mention a few names ms Kerry Ann was one of the greatest customer service rep there and Tracy was another great person not to mention Dikeisha at the Buffet very awesome service thanks Iberostar I will be back definitely."

"Clean rooms, big balconies, a nice selection of good food. Lovely pools and beach area. We walked down to the other properties and felt like the rose hall had the nicest beach area. Nice cabana and beach loungers. Umbrellas. Attentive staff. Service pool and beach side. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Drinks were full strength I know sometimes people think it’s watered down. Good music. Entertainment. I wish I would have known about the app before hand so I could explore amenities and menus prior. Overall great vacation nice people. We Avoid signing up for the timeshare schpeel, they might offer you free stuff in lieu of your time to hear about timeshare. "
