Good points firsst, friendly reception, room very clean and temperature was just spot on. Breakfast was great too.
Staff very friendly and central location is fantastic for getting around the town
Now a few things were a bit annoying. Had a bite to eat in the bar and food wasn't as warm as it could have been.
While the breakfast was great seating arrangements were a bit on the tight side, perhaps a table or 2 less or move people to seating outside of breakfast area.
Finally and they do pre warn you but the night life noise is very audible so don't expect a quiet night's sleep until the early hours.
Overall alovely stay was had by us.
We were advised in advance of our stay that it could be a bit noisy at night which we were aware of due to Dundalk having a lively nightlife. What we were not expecting was too have the air conditioning and plant room running 20 hours a day outside the window. When we mentioned how bad the noise was we were told we had been put in a quiet room at the side of the hotel and that we should have ask to be moved to a quiet room, which we thought we were in.
