Kilda Cottage, a freshly renovated retreat in the heart of St Kilda, just minutes from the golden sands and vibrant Esplande. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this light-filled home blends modern finishes with a warm, inviting feel – the perfect base for your Dunedin escape.

This cottage has had a full renovation, fully insulated, double glazed with a heat pump and heaters in all bedrooms. New kitchen, bathroom, floors, feels like a new build! No expense has been spared!

Wonderful, newly refurbished home, a stones throw away from the beach and walking distance to the lovely eateries in st Clair.Home was immaculate and really warm, with double glazing and plenty of heating.Great place to stay whilst visiting Dunedin.
