It wasn't what I expected. I booked the hotel to be close to Times Square and also for breakfast, because of my young daughter. The hotel's location is great, I loved it. However, when we went for breakfast, we were stopped at the door and told that breakfast wasn't included. Only one name was on the breakfast list; the other three names weren't included. I had to go out to have breakfast outside with my young daughter. Other than that, everything was fine.

The most inconvenient location ever. Streets dirty around the hotel. The room was so tiny and awkwardly set up. That half your bathroom was next to the bed. The only thing in its own room was a toilet even the mirror hung next to the bed over the bathroom sink And housekeeping did a terrible job though the room was clean when we first walked in. I would never stay there again and I would never stay in that area.

Great stay and walkable to all the tourist destinations. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to dine at the restaurant but it looked amazing.

The room was spacious, featuring two comfortable queen-size beds and a fully functioning kitchen — perfect for families or anyone who likes the option to cook. The bathroom was spotless, and the entire space felt fresh and well maintained. One of the highlights was how peaceful it was. The room faced the garden, so there was no outside noise, making it easy to relax and rest. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in NY, especially families, since having a kitchen adds so much convenience.
