"Each suite is owned or hosted by a different individual, but all are part of the Ikonia franchise with a manager. The quality of each suite varies significantly and depends on what the host or owner chooses to offer. For properties with more than four floors, there is no elevator; however, safe parking for only four cars total is available. The staff are friendly and say the right words, but lack the resources to offer great service, as they depend on what the host provides. Overall, it is a two-star establishment pretending to be three stars. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' drive from the city center and other attractions.
