"Well appointed and very clean. The apartment had every convenience for our stay including beach chairs and an umbrella. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony. Very nice heated pools and easy beach access. Convenient free parking garage very close by. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We give it 5 stars."

"The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it. Negative things about the room that needs maintainence attention is, the dining room chair the rods are out of the legs, the table was so wobbly you couldn't use it. The refrigerator was leaking, the lamp in the bedroom doesn't work. I'm not sure how the resort got a 9.0 rating. I did not notify maintenance of these things on site, didn't want to be bothered with them working on things. My question to you Expedia do hotels have set rooms that are for Expedia customers that are not top rate. This is my thought process for trip. The resort is large and beautiful with lots of things to do."

"Loved the condo as it had stunning ocean view and beautiful beach right in front of us. We definitely want to come back!"

"Sarah is a truly wonderful host and her condo is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. I would give both Sarah and her condo 10 stars if I could. Her unit is beach themed, very clean, extremely well-stocked and has awesome beach views. I have stayed here on 3 times and will continue to return as long as Sarah is the owner. This past visit, there was a problem in building B and Sarah was quickly able to get us into a friend's condo until the problem was fixed. I can't say enough good things about Sarah and as others have reviewed this is a truly wonderful condo. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. "

"The room was very outdates and not properly cleaned. I found dust on the nightstands, floors not vacuumed and stains on the table. I was super disappointed in the room. On another note, the staff was friendly, and I appreciated the security gate they had."

"The house was well equipped, clean, and Convenient for the activities that we did. Sarah was very responsive and the information we received was easy to follow and descriptive. we will definitely stay there again."
