"The front desk, breakfast, and maintenance staff were wonderful. It is challenging that the bathtub in our suite did not drain anything near acceptably. It would seem obvious to have a program of regularly clearing the drains - there is no way our bathtub drain had been serviced any time in the recent past. It was disheartening to have such a gross experience in such a nice and professionally-staffed hotel."

"This was a fairly nice hotel, especially for the price. I will say that we stayed on the upper floors and I did notice in the building itself there was notable water damage in the ceilings, and it did smell a bit musty in the room, like a moist basement. But the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it was clean overall. One thing that did bother me was that during our four days at the hotel, despite never removing our do not disturb sign from the door, housekeeping did almost come in...
