"Parking was spacious and safe"

"The breakfast served the same products all four days we were there. Also there were no milk or yogurt alternatives for dairy free guests. The bananas were not ripe. Another issue was that the cleaner was moping the floor with a pungent smelling cleaner the whole time we were eating which was just nasty."

"The hotel was not anything like what it was presented on line. It smelled, there was trash in the hallways overnight. Our pillow cases were dirty, the bedding looked old and ragged, the noise from the road was loud, there was a homeless encampment next to the hotel that we could see out our window and there was no housekeeping for our 5 rooms the entire time we were there Thursday-Sunday "

"nice towels comfortable bed and very convenient to highway"

"During graduation weekend- they had one person at the front desk who was unwilling to get towels for the customer- said she was the only person working and they “ran out” which is unacceptable. When I said it was unacceptable she said she didn’t know what she wanted me to do. "

"Carpets throughout were stained, sheers in room were torn and room very tired. Clean but in need up updating. Disappointing overall for the price of the room. Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "
