This place is fantastic, right in the middle of the city with Gran Via station only a minute away. Don't book a city view room, the courtyard rooms might not have views but they're totally quiet as they're at the back. The rooms are super modern and comfortable with AC for the hot Spanish summer, and even USB charging on one of the bedside outlets, and the bathrooms are just what you need with large showers and big towels. NOTE: Be aware this is a guest house and not a hotel. It's functionally like a hotel but you'll need to do your check in online and use the door access codes given there to access the property, there are no staff to check you in.

Love the amenities, friendly and courteous staff, the rooftop bar, and the service was unbeatable! Spent a milestone birthday there, and they even sent a little box of comp dark chocolates to the room. Nice touch. The room was well-appointed, and kept clean daily by housekeeping. The location is central to so many sites (Plaza de España, Royal Palace, the Cathedral of Santa María Real, Temple Debod, Cerralbo Museum, and Gran Via for shopping). It was 95-99 degrees the 6 nights we were there, and the a/c was cool and essential. This hptel is a keeper, and we would definitely return.

This is a well-located hotel, with a very comfortable bed and a convenient bathroom that counts with bidet (that's always a plus).

You’re in the centre of Madrid here and consequently you could payback lot of money. This hotel however was excellent value for money. The room was small, very small with not much room either side of the bed, however the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and modern and as most of the rooms don’t look out into the street pretty quiet. Great value for money and excellent for single travellers.
