Convenient place to stay

Very convenient place for my mother who was a disabled. Very nearby to the Dusseldorf Haupbanhof, Alstadt, Konigsalee, Rhine River & Japanese District. It’s all walkable. Thank you so much to all friendly staff.

It’s a hostel as name say and that is how you shall expect it. Very basic room, very plain breakfast (not even scrambled eggs). Location is ok as there are some good eating options near by.

Really friendly service, rooms clean, very centrally located and affordable. The rooms are not large but ok in size and a bit Spartan but for a hostel this is the best I've ever seen. The beds were comfortable foam mattresses and I slept very well. I would come back gladly. Thank you.

If you look a normal hotel, look at another place.

The room was clean. The staff at the reception are friendly. Price&quality performance is OK. The entrance of the hotel, main corridors and elevators are not very clean. Too many people were smoking cigarettes at the entrances. Many noices from the upstairs. I guess I don't stay anymore.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpfull, and the lobby was really nice. The hotel in itself was kinda bad. The shower door was broken, the shower itself was also broken, the toilet didn't flush correctly and the elevators were horrendous. Unfortunately the windows were very thin so it was very loud from the busy street even when closed. Also there was a lot of really loud men outside, some of them made weird comments and would make us uncomfortable. Some other peole knocked to our door a few time during the evening and night making us feel unsafe.
