Excellent Service and Accommodations

We were there for BOOT in Dusseldorf. The hotel was perfectly located and we slept well. EVERYONE we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Loved the breakfast bar with the honeycomb :)

Very curious and friendly staff . The initial visit at the bar / restaurant the person helping me was very unfriendly as he was leaving for his lunch break and passed me on to a server to help me and walked out .. that was my initial encounter in restaurant bar and despite server was very kind and helpful , the original person I encountered with was rude that created an initial bad experience . Zeynab made up for it and was very kind and helpful and accommodating thus I gave it a 4 out of 5 over all

Breakfast was delicious! Service personnel, not so much. The breakfast manager demanded we pay cash for our bill even though we were guests and we told her what room. We also offered a card. She persisted and finally asked us to leave the dining room so she could seat someone in our place. When I explain to her that I was going to the management she panicked and comped our breakfast. I don't understand what happened but someone should look into her cash requests.
