Nice atmosphere, nice staff, nice rooms. Free parking and the drinks in the fridge were free. The tap in the bathroom did not give hot water, looked like the tap was calcified. The shower tap did give hot water, but went very heavy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. On our next visit to the Messe in Düsseldorf, we will gladly stay here again.

What an experience! And where to start this review. The gentleman who works here is lovely and tries hard. I thank him for that. The older lady who works here should consider a career outside of hospitality. Questioning why I wanted fresh sheets and towels after 3 nights seemed rather unprofessional considering this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel…. I was eventually (reluctantly) given sheets to change the bed myself (only they didn’t fit the bed and there were no pillow cases but I guess I was expected to be grateful). Restaurant was closed - the bar had buckets placed on the floor, assuming it has a leaky roof. The hotel is miles away from anything unless you take the ferry across the Rhine (this does not run in the evening). Thank goodness Uber Eats delivers here. There was a lot of noise outside of the hotel with constant mowing of something - all day long… The room was spacious and bright. Bed comfortable. Big door we could open which was good as the 3rd floor was very warm and the AC was not working.

Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel overlooking the Rhine River. Israel and Robert were very kind and professional! Coffee available 24/7, fantastic breakfast selection as well. The hotel is away from the city, very peaceful. I would highly recommend to all!

Our stay for the show

The manager charged $15/night parking free without caring about our argument. However, other guests parking on the other side don’t pay for parking. He also grab our instant noodles, which is not professional behavior.

Staff was amazing, room keys didn’t work in the whole property, and they had to go with every guest, but were still super nice. You get free drinks from the mini-bar on your day of arrival and the bed is amazing. Such a comfy bed! We didn’t manage to connect the TV with the wifi, which sucked a little. The shower was rather small, big bodied people might have problems in there. The floor was a little dusty, but overall it was nice.

False advertisement from Expedia. Booked this hotel only because of the on site electric car charger. Only found out both car charger (two) are out of service. If arriving property with the believe that there is a working electric car charger would have result in having to tow the car to an another charger if you run out of battery. Poor communication between the property and Expedia and no notification to visitor in advance when the car charger is out of order. Message was sent to hotel to request info to check on the availability of electric car charger but no reponse and the staff even blame the electric car charger provider for not fixing it. Poor hotel condition overall.
