This is more or less the only positive point. Breakfast is good. But used to be with service , and a newspaper available.the hotel has become more or less a hotel garny, as no room service, or minibar. Lack of staff and other issues make me not consider a return.

Nice stay at Leonardo Ratingen

I stayed again at Leonardo Hotel close to DUS airport and I was not disappointed. The staff at the reception was very friendly. I got a nice quiet room where I found complimentary delicious macarons. I will come again for sure.

Good quality budget hotel - not near airport

Not really near the airport. Staff were friendly, hotel really clean. Good sized room however shower wasn’t very good and safe didn’t work (took 4 attempts for staff to sort it). Lounge area was nice with free coffee.

We used buses from the airport station to reach this hotel, only 3 stops away. It seems popular with those arriving by car and leaving their car during trip away. Spacious, quiet room with good heating, fridge and bath. Lovely breakfasts and dinners in restaurant which is about to be refurbished. Very good value meals for an airport hotel. Swimming pool is popular. Bus ride into Ratingen also handy. Hotel staff helpful, if not fulsome in their friendliness. Would definitely return.

This hotel was good for a one night stay before departing to the airport. It was clean & spacious with easy check in and check out. The only downside was that, considering it was so close to the airport, I assumed they would have more frequent shuttles to and from the terminal. Unfortunately the shuttle times are really spaced out (I had checked out at 7:30am and the next shuttle wasn't until 9am), so I had to take an Uber. I wouldn't recommend staying here long-term just due to the distance from city center (not walkable), but for a short stay to go from the hotel to the airport it worked well.
