Good enough for a short business trip

It was ok for a short business trip. Well located, the staff were helpful and friendly. Only minor issue, was no air conditioning when there was a mini heatwave going on out of season.

Great hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location for getting in to the city centre and close to great bus underground and train stations. The hotel was lovely and clean with friendly helpful staff. We had a nice clean room with the added bonus of a well equipped kitchenette.

Very average hotel stay!

Stayed in better and stayed in far worse - very middle of the road hotel. Cheap and clean, good location. Quite expensive parking and breakfast (which we didn’t have) and a suggestion to get more / better reception staff. Spent an age waiting to both check in and check out!

Clean and comfort bed. It had everything I needed. Short walking distance to near station (Düsseldorf-Bilk). The only downside for me was the old tv.

Great Stay - Hotel.com extremely expensive

Stay was nice, clean,good assorted breakfast, good service. The price paid on hotel.com was extremely high on same day (saturday 2dec23) booking at aprox €250 for 1 night plus breakfast for single room, 1 person. Next day I booked for an additional 1 night stay via a different booming app for business room twin beds plus breakfast at €108.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 406. Very quiet. Great view of the cathedral. Close to the subway, supermarket, and an easy 20 minute walk to Konigsallee for fancy people watching. The room was generous, well maintained and had a lovely modern aesthetic. It was very clean. The small kitchenette would be perfect if you had a week of work and wanted to eat in. But the breakfast is so generous that I would always add that to my stay. The breakfast was a pleasure every morning to enjoy fresh delicious food, good coffee and pleasant ambience. And also the beer and bottled water in the mini fridge each day put a smile on your face. We will definitely return on our next trip to Dusseldorf.
