"The room was one of the apartment rooms. Very comfortable with a kitchenette and a spare toilet. I just love this mini apartment room. The staff are very friendly and always look after me as I have stayed in this hotel for many years on average 5 nights twice a year for business . Will return in January"

It was also centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and many local attractions and activities. The customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Having bilingual customer service made communication easy and added to the overall excellent experience. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. I felt welcomed from check-in to check-out and appreciated the attention to detail throughout my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to you and your family. "The property is just off a tram stop and round the corner from the train station making getting about very easy. The old town is very pretty and easily walked to from the hotel. Value for money was excellent."

"They only thing was bothering me was no slippers in the room otherwise love the hotel morning breakfast was excellent room service was great fast service location was great bottom lines we enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay for next trip and one more thing that Baba the chef very interesting character for the morning breakfast he make your day more interesting and pleasant he make us laugh early morning and we love him❤️"
