Different but Happy and Bright

Hotel is in good condition and is very conveniently positioned. The staff are excellent with a special mention to Despina who was particularly helpful. However there were several shortcomings. Very limited hanging space. No wardrobe. Not one draw. And was most annoying no safe which should be mandatory for a hotel catering to travelers. Also our room was not serviced in between our 2 night stay, which didn’t really concern us but was an oversight, But overall the hotel has a bright and happy feel to it.

Decent Stay, Friendly Staff but Missing Essentials

The staff here is very friendly, and the Wi-Fi works great, which was a big plus. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center, you can take two different trams to get there. On the downside, the rooms lack basic amenities. There’s no wardrobe, fridge, shelves, or closet to store your belongings. They also don’t provide slippers, a mini bar, a kettle, or a safe. The bed sheets are not the best quality and can be noisy when you move. Additionally, each guest only gets one pillow, which might not be enough for some. If you’re arriving after midnight, make sure to call ahead, as they lock the revolving door and have a specific process for entry. Overall, it’s a simple stay but missing some essentials for comfort. Also expensive.

Functional and very loud

The rooms are basic and functional. The lobby is the only place to work on your laptop. But the music is incredibly loud. For a little bit more quiet work environment, they make you pay for an additional room/ meeting room.

Decent hotel for short stays

Nice hotel, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Not a bad location, two minuted from the metro. No storage for clothes in room, i stayed 9 nights, most of my clothes had to stay in my suitcase. Towels were changed every day which really wasnt necessary. Food choices limited of an evening and no waitress service.

I used to stay at Moxy several times, but this time I have arrived 14:55 to the check in. The employee at service desk charged my card with an earlier check in! 20 euros. And even didn’t say anything about it. Was also really unfriendly. Yes they have it written on the desk in front of check in table..but 14:55? Really? The stay and service do not cost what they charge. Not recommend.

Gutes Hotel für eine Wochenende. Man muss wissen wo man im D‘Dorf ist, aber dann zu empfehlen. Gebühren für Parkplatz sind halt nur ein Witz, besser umliegend Parken (20€ pro Tag).

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für den Preis gut, Schön geräumige Dusche. Was etwas störend ist, ist das die Heizung erst angeht, wenn man das erste Mal in das Zimmer kommt und so war es für die erste Stunde eher kühl im Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir den Aufkleber (mit einer sehr kleinen Schriftt) am Spiel im Bad und den Hinweis, dass das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird und die Handtücher daher nicht getauscht werden, ignoriert und hatten unsere Handtücher auf den Boden gelegt. Das alles ist dem "Green Key" Konzept geschultet und ist grundsätzlich zu befürworten. Es war aber dann auch kein Problem frische Handtücher an der Rezeption zu erhalten. Also, wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil! ;-) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Moxy Hotel wirkt in der Lobby unglaublich stylisch, mit bunten Farben, der Bar als Rezeption, dem offenen Frühstücksraum usw. Leider setzt sich die Farbgebung in den Räumen nicht durch, dort herrschen die Farben braun, grau und schwarz. Das Badezimmer ist schwarz gefliest und verfügt nur über sehr schlechtes Licht. Schminken ist da drin nicht möglich. Trotzdem war das Zimmer an sich sehr schön, wir hatten eins mit Schlafcouch und kleinem Wohnzimmer. Das Bett war zwar sehr schmal, aber unglaublich bequem. Das Personal war besonders freundlich und hervorzuheben ist vor allem die 24 Std. Bar im Hotel. Wir können es durchweg weiterempfehlen, nur am Licht könnte das Hotel wirklich etwas arbeiten.
