Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom, all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, a utility room, and a living room/diner with a woodburning stove. Outside there is a large enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio and seating and off-road parking is available for four cars. Tyn Ffynnon is a beautiful property in a great location for enjoying the countryside and coast in Wales.

    Dyffryn Ardudwy is a lovely village resting near the coast and the beaches of Benar and Barmouth, as well as being backed by The Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains. Home to a variety of wildlife including buzzards as well as having its own mild climate thanks to its location, Dyffryn Ardudwy is a great holiday location. The village is home to a pub within one of the leisure complexes and a shop, while more selection can be found in the neighbouring village of Llanddwywe.
