We stayed for 3 nights. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bedroom is tiny, dominated by the queen bed, with only about 30cm of space along each side. The room had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The do-not-disturb sign to hang on the door also had an option to advise a pet is inside the room. Buses and trains within easy reach (15/20 minute walk). Entry to the rooms are by code which was texted to me. There wasn’t anyone around when we arrived but the next morning the receptionist was very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was clean, had useful amenities. The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated.
