"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location, but still very quiet. Helpful and professional staff and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was 38 euro which seemed very high (although there was unlimited sparkling wine). However, no complaints about the hotel or service!"

"We made self-check in easily using machine at the reception, without queuing. Rooms were excellent, small but clean and functional, sockets near the bed, bathroom was big enough (larger than in most Ibis budget hotels), cleaned daily, great bedding and lighting in the room. Staff (whenever needed) was friendly and smiling. there was restaurant working near reception area. we did not have breakfast but it was looking really full. 5 min walk to the Gent Dampoort station and 15-20 min to the city historical center. Overall, we are really happy with our stay."

"The hoteil is just a Christmas dream! The bar and the christmas decoration are just perfect! The room are comfortable , but I would apprecciate a complimentary water during the stay and maybe a few tea options in the room. "

"Stayed in these hotels a couple times in different areas and they are always stunning. They smell amazing as soon as you walk in, the rooms are roomy and spotless, decorated lovely & matching, never gory colours, the beds are so comfortable which is a rarity at hotels! The man on reception at this one was particularly lovely, very friendly & happy. "
