"Traveling on family vacation in Louisville. Advanced reservation was simple. Arrived and found very friendly staff man working the front desk. Check-in was seamless. Our room was spotless and as nice as anticipated for a four-star hotel. Clean and quiet and safe. We utilize the fitness room, swimming pool, and walked the neighborhood for exercise - safe. "Parking was excellent. The front desk staff where awesome and breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and clean when we arrived. We was there 3 nights and housekeeping didn't not come into our room once. Even tho we requested for them to. It states on expedia and their website "daily housekeeping" we didn't receive any and our trash was running over we had several dirty towels and even had to go down to the front desk to get more towels. That's ridiculous. "
