"My mother had an excellent stay at this hotel during her business trip. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure her comfort. "Alba was a great help with accommodating our tight time frame for check in, we checked in 3 hours after booking. She was great once we communicated through WhatsApp. Toilet was not functioning properly unfortunately. "
