"The room was very small and smelled like dirty feet. The aircondioner warbled loudly if run on low."

"Once I found the hotel in the complex the experience began. I was greeted by a man chewing gum and not a word of welcome. I had to ask questions to receive one or two word answers which were difficult to understand due to his accented english. "

"Breakfast doesn't start until 7am on the weekends, which normally wouldn't be an issue, but we were there for a volleyball tournament that started early so we were unable to get food before leaving. The staff when we checked in was not very friendly. There was something resembling snot on a bath towel and there were ants in our room. We didn't notice them until my daughter moved her bag the next morning, otherwise we would've requested a different room. The TV is also not very user friendly, and was quite slow when attempting to turn the channels or get to the guide. The beds were comfortable and appeared clean until we discovered the towel and the ants. "

"The hotel is in need of a boost of energy. It lacked the core emphasis on hospitality. Overall, it is situated in a beautiful area. However, next time in the area, I will be looking to stay at the Hampton Inn. It is better kept with a more well rounded setup for daily practicality. Or, an inexpensive motel that is equally clean, similar condition exterior, yet, with a fraction of the price and inconvenience."
