"The pool area is very large and beautiful."

"Little odd they didn’t offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. Pool area closed at 7pm and we were told we couldn’t play ping pong. What’s the point of having night lights around the pool if you don’t have it open. "

"Showers barely worked. Censures were down. Restaurant was not open the entire time we were there. Room was not what was showing in pictures. Check in staff was very rude. Location is ok but not walkable to anything. Nowhere to eat over the bridge as every restaurant only seats about 20 ppl. "

"Hotel had a stale smell like mold air, cigarette smoke covered with air fresheners. Room had a cracked sink, repaired holes in the wall, stain on dust ruffle. Pillows were tiny and terrible. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Walls are paper thin- could hear people running in the hallway and banging around at 430am. Overall it is a budget hotel so expectations should be low. "

"There was a great variety offered for breakfast, including both hot and cold items. The older gentleman who provided breakfast during our stay from April 7–10 was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy and well taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"Great ocean view, however one elevator was functional the entire week we were there. It’s a large hotel to only have one working elevator. Housekeeping is supposed to be every other day, however we did not have anyone attempt to clean our room in 5 days. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk and get a new roll, as well as clean towels. Our trash piled up so much that I resorted to taking it down myself to a large trash can by the ice machine. For almost 300 a night I expected a little better service. "
