"All I can say about this particular rental is perfection. The absolute cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most supplied rental I’ve ever stayed in. Phoung knows how to host. No complaints!!"

"Listing was fake. I received multiple confirmations for my booking but then on the day of, host did not communicate or allow me to check in. Host did not answer my calls until several tries later. I arrived to a home that was locked and occupied by the tenant and had to scramble on a Friday night to find an alternate hotel. VRBO does not have clear instructions on what to do or an easy, clear way to contact anyone for help in this situation. "

"The listing is accurate and the house is very roomy with 3 different living spaces. Biggest issue was the water was not turned on when we arrived and didn't get turned on until the following morning. Host did drop off 3 cases of water which we had to use to flush toilets in addition to drinking and refunded our first night. He was very responsive but it was disappointing. Seemed that the house had not been rented in awhile considering the water issue, dust and dishwasher was not clean inside. This is the 2nd time in 4 rentals in the Houston area that didn't have the water turned on when we arrived. Something I'll definitely add to my questions before arrival from now on!"

"The house was SUPER cute! All of the amenities of being at home were available. I plan to make this my family get away spot so we can explore the area more. The neighborhood is beautiful and is close to EVERYTHING you need! The furniture could use an update. But I you expreciate the space like my family and I did and plan to come back, I see nothing wrong with contributing to the updates like I plan too as long as the owner agrees. I almost hate to give this review because I don't want to not have the house available when I want it! Lol"
