"We stayed 3 nights, the room was clean, breakfast as okay but they had the same thing every morning. We ate it the first morning. The second we tried but eggs were dry. The last morning we skipped it. Parking if your not there early you may not get a spot they really need more parking. Other than that it was great. "

"Lights and outlets went on and off by themselves quite often. The tub was painted and peeling. Bathroom door was swollen due to previous water damage and did not shut so no privacy & if you used it during the night the light lit up, whoever was in the room . Bathroom lights blinked on and off when using the hairdryer. The area was not the greatest. The description of the hotel said it was recently renovated, but they did not do everything in the room. Would not stay here again"

"We had a wonderful stay in Winter Haven while celebrating our daughter’s 7th birthday with a trip to LEGOLAND Florida Resort. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked upon arrival, which made settling in easy and stress-free. Check-in was seamless with the door code system, and everything was clearly communicated in advance.The home was peaceful, relaxing, and in a great location; close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to LEGOLAND Florida Resort, which was perfect for our family trip. After busy days at the park, it was nice to come back to such a quiet and welcoming space.The owner was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The check-out instructions for cleaning up and securing the property were simple and easy to follow.Overall, this was a fantastic stay and helped make our daughter’s birthday trip extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Winter Haven area."
