"Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, and all the amenities you’d need in the hotel but also within walking distance of absolutely everything you could need. They have deals at the restaurant downstairs to bring up to your room, which was the more cost effective option to room service at hotels. First time at the Chelsea and it is the new favourite! Actually preferred it to the Fairmont, and for the very reasonable price, that literally can’t be beat. Will be returning!! Thank you to staff at the Chelsea for the wonderful stay."

"Everything Is Good"

"I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away."

"The only issue is it’s not accessible for anyone who is not able bodied. I stayed for work and put it on our list but we will have to find other places for our folks who have accessibility issues. Otherwise, it was great in many ways."

"This is a charming old house. However, our room was very small and pretty tired-looking. There were a lot of steps—don’t stay here if you have any mobility issues. Judging by the fact that there were 2 fans in our room, I’ll bet they don’t have AC either. The woman at the front desk was charming and helpful, and the location near the centre of town, and the subway, was good. "
