"This hotel was in the heart of everything. The location was great and very walkable. The room was a nice size and the hotel was nice and clean. The staff was also very nice and helpful. "

"Excellent location, walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants like Storm Crow Manor. I love the underground parking, felt very secure. The room was big but didn't feel super clean. We had fresh sheets on the bed, and fresh garbage bin, but there were random pompoms (?) around the room, and the bathroom walls are pretty stained. It's the best value for the location though! I ended up being charged more at check in, than I was quoted on my Expedia booking, which was a bummer. But the staff is great, and I didn't really push it with them."

"We were lucky that they had a parking spot for us. Check in was good. The place was what I expected. A bit strange, but the room was good. Location was good. Easy for transportion get to the Queen Elizabeth theatre."

"Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, family pool was very busy, wish the age for upstairs pool was 16+ as my daughters couldn’t go even tho we just wanted to sit in the hot tub, and instead had to go to the family one which was busy and full of kids. "

"The staff here are absolutely wonderful people. Extremely helpful and very happy to assist you. The bed and pillows were fantastic. We both had perfect sleeps. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The main floor bathrooms were spic and span clean. Fantastic location close to many outstanding restaurants. I highly recommend this property. "
