"Professional staff, great location , only 5 mn drive from terminal 1.Very comfortable beds & bedding . Quality shampoo & body wash . A fitness room & large swimming pool where one can relax & exercise. There are two running courses around the hotel one 2.5 , 2.9 & the other 3.5 k …enough for a 10 k workout! The rates are more than reasonable for such high quality hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any discerning traveller …"

"If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls, then this is by far the perfect location, along with the most friendly accommodating staff from the valet to the people that greet you as soon as you walk in the door to the elevator attenders to make sure the flow of traffic is smooth. The customer service is the best we have ever encountered! I had read reviews that people complained about the long lines for the free breakfast- the solution is get up early or go pay for your own breakfast! There were also complaints about the cost of valet, but you have a choice to park further away and pay a lot less, but if you’re on vacation, live it up and pay the extra to have your car parked! The room was super clean, beautiful and comfortable as we upgraded to the presidential suite and was worth every penny! You only live once!"

"I've stayed here multiple times and absolutely loved my stay again. I was upgraded on arrival and allowed early check in as a VIP which I was most appreciative of coming off a red eye! Love you OKW! Absolute gem of a hotel and my go-to every time I am in Toronto! "

"Beautiful Views and Wonderful Stay! First of all, the views from the hotel rooms are absolutely beautiful — totally worth the money! The rooms are a bit small but perfect and cozy for a couple. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless — 10/10 for cleanliness! The hotel provides great facilities and a 24/7 shuttle service for parking, which is super convenient. They even give coupons for nearby restaurants and activities around Niagara Falls — great food options and a perfect dining experience. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and definitely worth visiting. I’d love to go there again"
